The Comeback

THE ZYDECO BROTHERS ARE BACK!!!
This lengendary band was re-united in 1999 by founding members Lil' Raymond & Wendell Foreman. They formed The ZYDECO BROTHERS in 1984 and performed as until 1989. Their unique style combines traditional Zydeco, Soul and Blues featuring the dynamic vocals and stage presence of Lil' Raymond and the irresistable dance grooves of the band.

"We don't perform as reguarly or do lengthy tours like some of the other groups, but we give the people what they want to hear - Classic, Soulful Zydeco with Great Vocals - That Zydeco lovers everywhere can appreciate. We March To The Beat Of Our Own (Zydeco) Drummer" says bassist Wendell Foreman

The Zydeco Brothers Perform CLASSIC ZYDECO The music of Clifton Chenier, John Delafose, Rockin' Sidney, Boozoo Chavis and their own recordings including "REACH OUT" (the most requested Zydeco song of 1988). The ZYDECO BROTHERS are definately Not Nouveau Zydeco, and not straight up tradtional Zydeco, but they have their own soulful grooves Featuring The Most Soulful Singer in Zydeco - Lil' Raymond.
